Unfolding gently on Hawaiian time, Aloha Rhapsody conveys a pleasant, intimate, story: an experience of aloha (of the many possible ones). Based on a Hawaiian hula chant, it was conceived as a follow-up to George Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue, a composition which evokes moods and feelings like no other classical work, written since.

This is music for those exquisite moments when one dims the lights, closes the door, gets comfortable and seeks a special musical experience with deeper emotions and a meaning. An auditory gourmet meal for the discerning listener.

Its 6 sections should be played without any time gap between them. While iTunes and Windows Media Player support this, half of the music player programs I tested couldn’t do it right. (What a twisted era, one must bug-test even music now.) So I included a single file version of the Rhapsody with all the sections welded together as a giant additional 7th file to accommodate everyone who uses such programs. (Like me.)
